Terms of Service

• By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms listed below.
• Please read through this entirely and carefully.
• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal use ONLY.
• All drawings will include a subtle signature of mine that will not be removed.
• A mutually agreed upon a change or adjustment of certain terms can be made before the commission.
• Prices can change based on demands of details.
• If you have any questions, please contact me.

PAYMENT

  • Must pay the full payment before starting your commission.

  • The price listed are my base prices. Depending on the complexity of design or + add ons, price may increase.

  • Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

  • An invoice will be sent to your email when request has been accepted/confirmed.

REFUND

  • No matter how far the piece is completed, commissioning me forfeits your right to a refund.

  • You may cancel the commission if the payment has not been made yet and I have not started on your commission.

  • Once the process starts, I will NOT accept refunds or chargebacks.

  • Once the work on the commission has started, you are not going to receive full refund unless the circumstances listed below applies:

  • If I take the initiative, cancelling the order for whatever reason.

  • If forsee that the commission is taking longer than what I expected.

COPYRIGHTS

Copy Rights/ UsageI, Denzhii (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
• Promote myself.
• Display it anywhere to my liking (websites, social media, portfolios etc.)
• Post it wherever I see fit.The buyer is allowed to:• Use the commissioned piece for personal use ONLY. (You can upload the watermark version on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
• Claim the character(s) as their own (only if it's an Original Character of their own creation), but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves with the proper credits of artwork.
• Use the artwork on their YouTube channel as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
• Claiming the artwork as your own;
• Removing my signature from the artwork;
• Altering the artwork without my consent.I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution. (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

PROCESS

  • • Upon request, please present references of the character, poses, clothes, etc. as well as lighting. I will not work purely on description only.

  • • I will be going through your request to see if I'm able to offer a slot or not and I will then proceed to payment process after accepting.

  • • After payment I will start to sketch your commission and ask for any changes you may have. Please be sure with the changes during any of the stages because I will not change it again unless it's just a minor change. (Major changes will result in extra charge.)

  • • I will update you during the times I work on your commission and will present screenshots in lineart, flat colors, and shading stages.

  • • There will be NO DEADLINE. The days I give are mainly the minimum time.

DELIVERY

• A PNG file and JPEG of the commission with signature. (My signature will remain in both art works.)• Requesting for additional file type such as transparent background, .psd, etc. will be questioned of purpose but unlikely to provide.
